How Does Refer-A-Friend Work?
Connect
Anyone is eligible to refer and earn. You don’t have to be a current AIS associate. Connect with friends to see who is looking for something new and make sure you get the “OK” to refer your friend.
Refer
Once you have someone who could benefit from a new job, begin to enter your information above to start referring someone you know. Be sure to select your location so the right recruiter reaches out.
Get Paid
Every time someone you refer is hired by AIS, you will receive a referral bonus. Your referral must work a certain number of hours in order to get the bonus. Reach out to your local office for full details.
Repeat
There’s no limit to how many times you can submit referrals. The more you refer, the more you earn. Simply follow the steps above to start earning some extra cash.
